Refund & Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. We follow the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) to ensure a fair and safe shopping experience.
This policy applies to products purchased from Parkoh Store and aligns with our return rules:
– Return window: 14 days
– Change-of-mind returns: Not accepted
– Customer provides return shipping for eligible returns
– Selected products/collections are marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for returns
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may request a refund or replacement under the Australian Consumer Law.
To lodge a claim, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at:

– Photos or video clearly showing the issue
– Description of the problem
We will review your claim within 48 hours and provide the appropriate remedy under the ACL, including repair, replacement, or refund for major failures.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
We do not accept change-of-mind returns under any circumstances.
This applies to all products, including items sold in our Final Sale collections.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
For approved returns (faulty, damaged, or incorrect items), the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.
If the item is confirmed to have a major failure, we will cover the appropriate costs as required under the ACL.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Products marked as “Final Sale” or included in our designated Final Sale collections cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or not as described.
RETURN WINDOW
All faults or issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
Claims made after 14 days may not be eligible.
